Concerning the end of the received part of the permits of Hungary (transit Euro-3) quotas in 2018!

Dear carriers!
According to Ukrtransspekhitse Ukraine information, which is contained on their official website in the section "Permission Movement", as of 09:16 22.02.2018, Ukrainian carriers issued and issued 92.3% of the received part (3500 pieces) of Hungary's permits (transit Euro- 3) quotas in 2018, the balance of these permits amounted to 268 pieces. Expected expiration date for these permits is February 23 of the current year. Transit transport to Hungary after a specified period can be carried out on the basis of transit permits of Hungary (with payment of Euro-3 tax) or motor vehicles of Euro-5 or higher category based on ECMT licenses of Euro-5 with open rights to Hungary.
We also inform that according to the statement of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine in April of this year it is planned to hold a meeting of the Ukrainian-Hungarian Mixed Commission on International Road Transport, which should set the quota for Hungary's permits for 2018. As a result of the decisions made, further exchange of permits with the Hungarian side will be carried out by 2018.
Taking into account the above, we ask the members of the Association to take into account the above information in the further work on the planning and execution of transit traffic through the territory of Hungary before receiving the next part of these permits in accordance with the decisions of the above-mentioned meeting of the Mixed Commission and not planning in the near future the execution of transit services through the Hungarian territory on the basis of one- (without paying taxes).
Information on the remnants of permits can be found on the UkrTransSbyptya Ukraine site (http://www.dsbt.gov.ua/) in the sections "Permission Movements" and "Residue Permissions for PVD", which is updated in real time.
