Features of carriage of goods with the use of a TIR Carnet under a contract of subcontract

In accordance with section 7 of the Procedure for implementing the provisions of the Customs Convention on the International Carriage of Goods under the TIR Carnet (TIR Convention) of 1975, approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine dated 20.11.2017 No. 935, when contracting under the terms of a subcontract, both parties It must be a participant in guarantee associations, such as the ASMAP of Ukraine and national associations of other countries, if the subcontractor is a foreign carrier.
